Unhealthy diet can cause kidney stones

If you are trying to lose weight by dieting, you should go on a diet to maintain your health (healthy diet). Because with a diet that does not correspond to the standard of health (unhealthy diet) can cause of kidney stones.

A possible vitamin and fiber-rich foods and at least 2.5 liters of fluid per day but will reduce the risk, according to studies.
