High calcium milk can cause of kidney stones

Eating high calcium milk regularly every disease can indeed help to prevent bone loss or osteoporosis. However, consumption of high calcium milk should not be necessary every day, especially for those who have grown old because it can facilitate the formation of kidney stones.

As disclosed surgeon urinary tract, intake of calcium is one factor that can trigger the formation of kidney stones. Besides calcium, other substances that can lead to kidney stones are oxalate. No wonder if the food or drink high levels of calcium or oxalate, such as milk, cheese, chocolate tea, beans and spinach are the types of menus that must be avoided for those who have this disease.

Those who have the habit of drinking high calcium milk every day should be wary. His advice, high calcium milk should not be consumed every day especially for those who are adults and the elderly.

Until now there has been no benchmark how many grams of calcium per day which can cause of kidney stones. Not recommended for high calcium milk consumed each day, especially for those who had suffered from kidney stone symptoms should be further reduced.

Consumption of high calcium milk is beneficial for the prevention of osteoporosis, especially when age children and adolescents. But for those ages 30 and over, high milk consumption of calcium every day became less meaningful for the prevention of osteoporosis.
